me: Hi, I would like to buy toner for my Samsung Laserjet. Toner model MLT 108 and printer model ML2240

dtnfo: Wait aaa (pickup a phone… so damn long asking for wat I dunno)

dtnfo: That toner we didnt have a stock of it, if you still want it we have to order it la.

me: When will it arrive then?

dtnfo: about 3 working days.

me: Owh.. sure.. I’ll want it .. bla.. bla.. bla (leave 50 for deposit)

me: Will you make sure i can take the toner next week? because its urgent.

dtnfo: sure.. i’ll contact you if the item arrive.

me: ok.

12 November 2008 (After 3 working days)

(on phone)

me: Hello.. is this Datainfo? Hi.. im zulfadli, person who order the Samsung toner last week. Is my toner arrive?

dtnfo: Owh.. im not talk to sales department (or wateva it is) yet. Can you please hold on? I’ll contact you later.

me: sure (hang up)

(on sms)

dtnfo: “you can take your toner on friday”

(what da *bleep*…. i need those to print my toner. My thesis should be ready on next day because I have to go to KL for some reason. If they mentioned 3 working days, to take the toner on friday means they just order it today, not last week… warghh… wat Im gonna doo… patience leads me. So…)

me: “youre open on sunday? cause Im away from pahang on friday.”

dtnfo: “can you take it from datainfo Kuantan Parade?”

me: “sure I can”

dtnfo: “you take the toner from there this sunday”

me: “ok”

(this thing killing me after all… later that day I faced trouble to find shop that offering printing services arround Jaya Gading and what did I get… RM1 per page… another what the *bleep*.. dun worry.. I did not finish off my money with that. Luckily there is a person in UMP offering printing services. I need four copies, calculated my pages and price per print got me RM31++ for only two copies so RM31 times 2 means I have to pay Rm62++ for four copies. I did not have much money at that time only can print my thesis for two copies and forced to made a photocopy of it to cut the cost. The quality of the photocopy one… huh.. only god knows but what I can do… arghh… but im relieved… the thesis printing part is done… curse you datainfo for giving me trouble..)

(happily gone to KL for rent house issue and finding Sepakat Computer, the place of intern… dun want to talk to much about it… everything was sengal… the most sengal is pak ali… read Pjoyz blog for more info.. we go to low yat plaza because Pjoyz want to buy external portable disk for his *ehem2* and also buy toner for his laser printer. I was able to find my Samsung toner but not to buy it because datainfo said I can took the toner on sunday)

dtinfo: hello.. this zulfadli eh?

me: yeah its me.

dtinfo: sorry to tell that your toner did not arrive yet. I will contact sales.. (or wat eva it is) department to ask about it then I will contact you later.

me: still did not arrive!? last time you said tomorrow i can take it. well… if this monday the item still did not arrive? what are my options?

dtinfo: I will ask that first. Then if it not arrive you can refund your money.

me: (patience-ly…) ok.. ask it by monday and then contact me back then. (hang up)
